Aquent is partnering with a leading global technology company to hire a Program Manager to support critical risk and compliance initiatives within a high-impact product organization.

This role sits within a Compliance Infrastructure team responsible for proactively managing risk, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring ongoing regulatory alignment across a widely used digital platform. You will lead structured risk assessments, support enterprise controls testing, and deliver executive-ready reporting that informs leadership decision‑making.

This is a highly cross‑functional role requiring close collaboration with Legal, Policy, and operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Risk Assessments
  • Partner with Legal and Public Affairs teams to deliver structured external risk assessments.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to identify risk exposure, define mitigation strategies, and evaluate residual risk.
  • Incorporate metrics from transparency reporting into risk documentation and executive summaries.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Controls Assurance
  • Support and coordinate a formal controls testing program.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to plan testing activities and ensure documentation readiness.
  • Track remediation efforts and monitor control health through centralized dashboards.
  • Deliver executive‑level reporting on control effectiveness and risk posture.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience leading risk assessments or supporting compliance initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across Legal, Policy, or Product teams.
  • Experience preparing executive-level reporting and presentations.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insight.
