Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large team members geographically distributed teams .
- Report directly to C-Suite.
- Conduct and manage meetings with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee Oracle implementation, stabilization, and consolidation roadmaps.
- Manage portfolio and project activities, including cost monitoring and governance.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience with complex Oracle projects (Fusion Cloud expertise required).
- Proven experience managing large Oracle teams and projects.
- Have Management Consulting Experience Required to have thought leadership skills Have large delivery experience or program management experience
- Experience in Change management and stakeholder management
- Strong presentation and communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable Oracle strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership in portfolio management and cost monitoring
