We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer with strong hands‑on expertise in engineering, security and automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, securing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise – ensuring optimal performance, robust security, and compliance.

This is a technical, hands‑on engineering role that involves daily operational support, advanced troubleshooting, Power Shell automation, and collaboration with security and identity teams to enhance the M365 ecosystem.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and health of core M365 & AVD services — Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, One Drive, Teams, Intune (including endpoint and mobile management), and AVD.
• Manage and optimize device compliance, configuration profiles, and application protection policies in Intune to ensure consistent user experience and security posture.
• Administer M365 tenant settings, including license management, mail flow rules, and Teams/SharePoint governance controls.
• Execute and maintain operational automation (e.g. Power Shell scripts) for reporting, compliance validation, and routine administration.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex service, sync, and policy issues across hybrid and cloud M365 environments.
• Enforce Conditional Access, MFA, and device compliance policies via Entra  Intune, ensuring consistent enforcement across user groups.
• Conduct regular reviews of Secure Score and compliance insights to track posture and drive remediation actions.
• Respond to and coordinate resolution of security alerts and incidents partnering with SOC and Identity teams for timely remediation.

• Support integration of M365 services with on‑prem Active Directory, Entra , Azure, and security platforms.
• Manage hybrid identity operations, including AAD Connect synchronization, authentication methods, and password policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with Security, Cloud Infrastructure, and End User Engineering teams to implement operational improvements and strengthen Zero Trust controls.

• Maintain accurate operational documentation, configuration baselines, and change records to ensure audit readiness and service transparency.
• Develop and maintain runbooks and automation playbooks for common workflows to improve efficiency and consistency across the Operations team.
• Monitor Microsoft 365 roadmap updates, assess operational impact, and coordinate secure adoption of new features.
• Drive continuous improvement in service reliability, user experience, and operational efficiency through proactive monitoring and analytics.

• At least 12 years total IT experience, with 5+ years hands‑on in M365 operations.
• Deep technical knowledge of:
  • Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, and Intune.
  • Microsoft Defender suite, Purview Compliance, and Entra  controls.
