Bloomberg runs on data. Our products are motivated by powerful information. We combine data and context to paint the whole picture for our clients, around the clock — from around the world. In Data, we’re responsible for delivering this data, news and analytics through innovative technology — quickly and accurately.
The Macro Industries - BI/BNEF data team supports two crucial stakeholders in Bloomberg News & Research:
Bloomberg
NEF (BNEF) and Bloomberg Intelligence (BI). BNEF provides unique analysis, tools and data for decision makers owning the energy transition. BNEF provides data‑driven research that helps clients stay on top of developments across the power, transport, industry, buildings and agriculture sectors. BI conducts in-depth research on large and midsize companies across all sectors to help clients effectively evaluate and understand the environment for these companies and the related industries they impact.
BI reviews, checks and curates this data into comprehensive and logically arranged dashboards to support their own research and to provide Bloomberg Terminal users with a platform to view and analyze this data.
