As a Senior Associate Analytics Solutions within our Consumer Community Banking ( CCB) Affluent Data & Analytics team, you will support sales and service channel Data Science initiatives within the CCB Affluent segment.

Your role will bea mix of consulting (problem solving, thought leadership, client management), project management (building plans, stakeholder communication), and analysis. You will havean opportunity to apply a range of skills to a broad range of challenges, learn about a new financial services channel, and apply knowledge of innovative technologies and methods (e.g. design thinking, generative AI, Intelligent Automation).You will work directly with our internal clients to develop, implement, and track strategic initiatives from a Data & Analytics perspective and own the end to end analytics journey communicating business insights.

Ultimately, youwill help develop and execute actionable data science and analytical solutions in a consulting-style environment to drive efficiency across the JPMorgan Chase Affluent Channel.

• Serve as a consultant aiming to solve business problems that drive qualitative and quantitative business value
• Design and execute implementation plans across prioritized initiatives ranging from product enhancements to experiments.
• Manage relationships with business partners including supporting presentations to Senior leaders.
• Leverage design thinking practices to develop strategic, end-to-end, scalable solutions; coach others to inject the same practices into their work.
• Synthesize analytical findings for consumption by internal analytical clients and senior executives.
• Identify new project opportunities helping to grow our business pipeline for respective books of work.
• Partner with business and technology teams to set quantifiable goals, advise on strategies, and experiment to achieve business objectives.
• Own the project and development from inception to completion, encompassing tasks such as gathering detailed requirements, data preparation, result generation, and data visualization.
• Uphold the highest standards of data integrity and security, aligning with both internal and external regulatory requirements and compliance protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends as well as test new tools and techniques to address business challenges.

• 3+ years of industry experience in consulting, solution design, or business analytics roles (e.g., marketing analytics, sales analytics, business insights)
• Experience with data analytics and/or visualization techniques (e.g.SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx), as well as big data technologies (e.g.Hadoop, Cassandra, AWS)
• Excellent communication, with an ability to convey the strategic vision in a digestible manner for varying technical and senior audiences
• Consulting orientation with ability to influence and effectively lead cross-functional teams
• Self-starter with out-of-the box problem solving skills and a drive to bringnew ideasto life
• Experience and knowledge of data science and analytical methodologies and approaches, and familiarity with various artificial intelligence functionalities
• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline

• 3+ years of experience at a consulting firm, in tech, or financial services/banking industry
• Understanding of the financial services or retail banking industry
