SpecializationIAM/CIAM Developer:
Senior Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Expert with at least 10+ years of industry experience, possessing strong hands‑on expertise in SailPoint and Cyber Ark.
Core Requirements- Proven experience in SailPoint Identity
IQ / Identity Now implementation and support - Strong expertise in Cyber Ark Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
- Identity lifecycle management (JML processes)
- Role-based access control (RBAC)
- Access certifications and governance
- Privileged account onboarding and vaulting
- Policy configuration and compliance reporting
- Integration of IAM/PAM solutions with enterprise applications, Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud environments
- Experience with ITAM (IT Asset Management) and/or ITSM (IT Service Management) platforms such as Service Now
- Understanding of workflow integration between IAM and ITSM (access requests, ticketing, approvals)
- Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, SOX, HIPAA, etc., if applicable)
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Ability to drive IAM governance and automation initiatives
