We are looking for a SVP, Client Partner who lives and breathes social and brings a progressive, culturally fluent perspective to the work. This leader understands how modern platforms shape behavior and how brands earn relevance through consistency, creativity, and community. They operate with urgency internally while maintaining a calm, respectful, and confident presence with clients and partners. They build trust quickly, support teams through clarity and care, and hold the bar high with kindness and accountability.
ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership and Trust Building
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior and executive clients and build trusted relationships rooted in clarity, honesty, and strong social expertise.
- Help clients understand cultural shifts, platform behavior, and audience expectations in ways that empower them to make bold, modern decisions.
Social Strategy and Cultural Fluency
- Lead the development of social strategies that reflect deep platform knowledge and a clear understanding of content, community, creator ecosystems, and paid integration.
- Ensure strategies are grounded in cultural insight and connected to meaningful outcomes for the brand.
Operational Excellence in Social Execution
- Champion a high standard of operational rigor across content production, real-time workflows, creator collaboration, legal and brand approvals, and cross-team alignment.
- Partner with social, creative, strategy, influencer, and analytics teams to deliver work that feels unified and purposeful.
Leadership Across Teams and Generations
- Support and grow teams that range from emerging Gen Z creators to seasoned strategists and client partners.
- Lead with kindness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to meet people where they are.
- Fifteen or more years of experience in social-first roles, including at least five years leading complex social accounts inside creative or digital agencies.
- Demonstrated expertise in platform behavior, creator ecosystems, community engagement, content systems, measurement, and paid integration.
- Experience leading real-time social operations with multiple content streams, creators, stakeholders, and rapid decision cycles.
- Driving integrated thinking across other channels and paid activations, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- A track record of building trust quickly with senior clients and partnering with them through growth moments, risks, and cultural shifts.
- Experience leading multi-generational teams and supporting diverse working styles with empathy and clarity.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to influence without friction while maintaining a grounded, calm executive presence.
- A leadership mindset that is kind, progressive, accountable, entrepreneurial, and passionate.
- A genuine love for social culture and a personal commitment to staying connected to platforms, creators, and community behaviors.
- Proven experience, growing client accounts and agency revenue.
