Data & Analytics
The Data and Analytics job approves and audits complex analytics and statistical modeling on large data sets to identify current market sector trends and customer patterns. This job directs the examination and identification of data patterns and trends that help answer business questions and improve decision-making. As a recognized master in data analytics, this job oversees the collection of data sources, as well as the analysis and extraction of key data and information, ensuring that the data quality meets the organization's information system needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Approves and audits mathematical, statistical, and economic techniques that determine market conditions, project consumer needs and inform business initiatives.
- Analyzes and reviews complex trends in modeling to inform other lines of business, such as product development and marketing.
- Develops and inspects data mining models, statistical reporting and data analysis methodologies to identify key customer segments and improve potential business decisions.
- Develops and presents detailed reports and conclusions for business, finance, and investment management to senior leaders.
- Facilitates data-system performance monitoring and tuning, and guides the development and implementation of improvements.
- Manages large, complex projects or processes with limited oversight while working with other team members to ensure accurate findings and results.
- Monitors and communicates key performance metrics and operational challenges to management to quantify and articulate the business impact of data analytics initiatives or issues.

This role leverages advanced analytics and data-driven insights to identify client risk patterns, optimize operational processes, and translate complex data into strategic recommendations. As a recognized leader in client analytics and operational strategy, this position oversees cross-functional initiatives that improve client retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value while ensuring data quality and analytical rigor meet organizational standards.

Anticipated Posting End Date:
Base Pay Range: $145,000/yr - $205,000/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
