We’re looking for a Head of Product who will own GNOMI’s product vision end-to-end and who stays deeply aware of where technology is going. This role requires not just execution, but the ability to continuously track emerging technologies, evaluate what matters, and apply that knowledge pragmatically to what GNOMI needs to become.
What You’ll Do:- Own and drive GNOMI’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap across consumer, PRO, Finance Mode, and enterprise offerings
- Stay current on AI, data, and platform trends, translating technological shifts into actionable product direction
- Apply emerging capabilities thoughtfully, knowing what to adopt, what to ignore, and when to move
- Partner closely with Design and Engineering to ship intuitive, scalable, and high-impact products
- Lead product discovery, requirements definition, and execution in an agile environment
- Balance speed, quality, and long-term platform thinking in product decisions
- Define success metrics, track outcomes, and iterate based on real-world usage and signal
- Serve as the voice of the user while aligning leadership and cross-functional teams
- Build product processes that support clarity, momentum, and scale
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, including senior leadership roles
- Proven ownership of complex, AI-driven, or data-intensive products
- Strong technical curiosity and the ability to stay ahead of evolving technology landscapes
- Demonstrated judgment in applying new technologies to real user and business needs
- Ability to turn ambiguity into a clear strategy and execution
- Experience working closely with design and engineering teams in fast-moving environments
- Exceptional communication skills and comfortable working with executive leadership
- Experience building AI-powered, platform, or data-heavy products
- Strong understanding of user-centered design and product discovery
- Ability to evaluate emerging tools, models, and platforms and apply them with intention
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making high-stakes decisions
- Experience with consumer, B2B, or enterprise products (finance or information products a plus)
- Leadership style grounded in clarity, accountability, and execution

Compensation & Benefits:- Salary Range: $180,000 – $300,000 (final offer based on experience and expertise)
