What We’re Looking For

As SVP, Account Director, you'll lead strategic client relationships with a strong digital transformation focus. You'll have overall accountability for client partnerships, business growth, and the integration of digital innovation across all account activities. This role requires a forward‑thinking leader who can drive significant organic growth while mentoring teams to deliver future‑ready healthcare communications solutions.

What You’ll Do Account Leadership & Management
  • Serve as the primary senior client contact, building C‑suite relationships while positioning the agency as a digital innovation partner
  • Lead account planning, financial management, forecasting, and profitability analysis
  • Drive organic growth through strategic planning that identifies digital expansion opportunities
  • Structure and oversee account teams to ensure optimal performance and digital capability development
Digital Strategy & Innovation
  • Champion digital‑first approaches across all client engagements
  • Identify opportunities to enhance traditional medical education with digital components and data‑driven personalization
  • Partner with specialists to develop innovative solutions addressing evolving client needs
