AV Concierge

TEKsystems is hiring for an AV Concierge Support position for a client located in New York, NY.

* Job Description
* - Independently operate maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, repair and manage AV systems and peripherals
- Daily morning check of all conference rooms to proactively identify issues and ensure they're all in working order for the day's meetings
- Own pre-meeting AV checks for high-profile events as well as for VIP / executive video meetings
- Assist with the scheduling of AV support for high-profile events as well as for VIP / executive meetings
- Ability to troubleshoot, upgrade and /or replace AV components
- A clear understanding of audio-visual signal flow troubleshooting
- General understanding of industry leading vendor equipment
- Ability to coordinate external vendor support when required
- Complete familiarity with-and adherence to-standard business practices and procedures

Qualifications
- Corporate A/V experience - meeting support, white-glove meetings, help with hybrid meetings, manage conf rooms, upgrades, troubleshooting, starting meeting for execs, solely conference room management
- 3-5 years of A/V experience supporting Zoom, Teams, Blue Jeans and Web Ex video conferencing platforms
- Great customer service - extravert personality to work with the digital advertising business
- A/V technology support - Strong understanding of Crestron, Poly and Cisco AV endpoints.

* The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
