About the RoleData Governance & Management Manager – Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Data Office
Location:
New York
- Identify and manage data incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive remediation aligned with audit and regulatory expectations
- Monitor and improve platform-level data quality, including key reporting controls
- Partner with upstream data providers, downstream business units, and technology teams to identify and mitigate data risk
- Support the establishment, testing, and ongoing maintenance of data risk controls
- Ensure complete and accurate system-level data lineage documentation
- Contribute to defining critical data elements and shaping the data governance roadmap
- Collaborate with product managers to ensure new use cases align with enterprise data policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree or MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Architecture, or Data Strategy, ideally within MDM or CRM platforms
- Hands‑on experience with Data Governance frameworks, including metadata, lineage, and data quality management
- Experience supporting audits, regulatory requirements, and data risk management processes
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Data Management policies and control frameworks
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL and Python or similar programming language
- Experience working in matrixed organizations and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies
- Prior experience in Finance or Controllership environments is a plus
Salary: $123,000 – $215,250 annually + bonus + benefits
