Based in Lower Manhattan, we are a close-knit, on-site team that thrives on collaboration and innovation.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, with a strong focus on the transformation layer of ETL processes using Python.
• Ingest and integrate large volumes of first and third-party data, including small business, real estate, and financial datasets, and prepare them for investor-facing products.
• Develop and maintain intermediate data deliverables that support multiple product features and downstream applications.
• Build and enhance shared data schemas to standardize and unify data across diverse sources.
• Leverage LLMs and AI tools to parse, structure, and extract insights from unstructured datasets.
• Contribute to the development of pricing and valuation models, including improving model transparency and explainability using AI techniques.
• Work with national origination lists and property-level datasets, including landlord and property attribute data, to expand and enrich data coverage.
