Overview

As a Program Manager you can expect to...

Responsibilities
  • Manage interconnected projects and engage with senior executives and strategic stakeholders to accomplish the following business objectives:
  • Oversee all aspects of program delivery, including planning, resource allocation, execution, and risk management
  • Run complex, enterprise-level programs that adhere to a client’s strategic alignment
  • Deliver program-level goals to achieve and maintain cross-project success
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and executives to align program goals with business priorities
  • Participate in or lead design sessions which are used to gather requirements from project stakeholders
  • Lead steering committee meetings and facilitate communication with all parties involved
  • Supervise and mentor project managers, technical leads, business analysts, and other team members, providing clear direction, collaboration, and alignment across work streams
  • Direct and manage D365 F&O programs from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executives, acting as the primary point of contact for the program
  • Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to ensure D365 solutions are designed and delivered according to best practices and HSO standards
  • Monitor and report on program financials, including budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization, identifying cost-saving opportunities to mitigate financial risks
  • Develop risk mitigation plans and proactively address challenges that may impact project timelines or quality
  • Implement change management strategies to guide stakeholders and end users through the adoption of new systems and processes
  • Identify opportunities for process and people improvements, contributing to the development of program management within HSO

  • Working closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive D365 F&O solutions
  • Understanding change management, aligning program objectives with client expectations and strategic goals
  • Building strategic relationships with clients and partners
  • Providing input on architecture, integration, and deployment strategies
  • Solving complex problems with creative solutions
  • Learning new concepts quickly and thoroughly
  • Promoting the mission and shared values of our company
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of D365 ERP and/or AX implementation experience
  • 8+ years of managing large ERP/CRM projects and development teams
  • Previous experience in a Lead Consultant or PM role for a D365 implementation
  • Proven experience in managing multi-million-dollar programs with complex delivery requirements
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience with different SDLC project methodologies (such as agile and waterfall)
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage project teams
  • In-depth financial acumen
  • Strong understanding of business processes/business process analysis
  • Software development experience a plus, especially in Java and/or C#
  • Working experience or knowledge of LCS and/or VSTS
  • PMP certification is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Project
