We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master / Project Manager with Payments domain expertise and will be responsible for managing and guiding agile teams, ensuring the successful delivery of payments-related projects.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality constraints.
• Coordinate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Remove impediments to team progress and ensure smooth communication across teams.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with payments industry regulations, security standards, and best practices.
• Apply payments domain knowledge to understand technical requirements, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive process improvements and foster an agile mindset within the organization.

• Proven 10+ experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in the payment’s domain.
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, cryptocurrencies, banking APIs, and related technologies.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent agile certification.
• Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards such as PCI DSS, PSD2, GDPR etc.
• Technical background in software development or payments infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) used in payments solutions.
