Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with a background in organic and paid media to join our team. This role is responsible for the daily analysis of campaign performance data and serves as a key analytical partner to Client Management.
This is a numbers-driven, CSM-oriented position focused on uncovering insights behind paid media performance and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive client success.
Key Responsibilities- Extract and compile campaign performance reports from internal systems and advertising platforms
- Conduct daily analysis of media performance data across channels
- Identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities within campaign metrics
- Deliver actionable recommendations based on quantitative analysis and content-performance insights
- Support the Client Management team with data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Monitor KPIs, performance benchmarks, and pacing to ensure campaigns meet objectives
- Present findings in clear, concise reports and dashboards tailored to client needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align performance insights with strategic goals
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, paid and organic media, or digital marketing (brand or agency side)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI platforms)
- Experience working with paid media platforms and performance metrics (Tik Tok, Meta, Google, X, Snapchat, etc.)
- Ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into meaningful insights
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience supporting Client Success or Account Management teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Familiarity with campaign optimization strategies
