We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on end-user support with a strong focus on Windows system refreshes, troubleshooting, and device remediation. This role will support employees by resolving OS-level issues, improving system performance, and ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
Responsibilities- Perform Windows refreshes, in-place repairs, and system resets while preserving user data
- Troubleshoot Windows OS issues including performance degradation, failed updates, and system errors
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on laptops and desktops
- Support users with account access, basic networking, and application issues
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes in a ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk environments
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11 systems
- Familiarity with Windows refresh, reset, and recovery processes
- Experience using ticketing systems (Service Now, Jira, Zendesk, or similar)
