Sales Engineer – Early-Stage SaaS Startup | Brooklyn, NY (In-Person)
We’re a small, ambitious team scaling from $1M to $10M ARR — and looking for a technical, customer-facing engineer to lead onboarding and support for fast-growing SaaS startups.
What you’ll do:
- Be the technical face of Fern during onboarding and evaluations
- Manage customer projects end-to-end, including writing code in their repos
- Improve docs, tutorials, and help shape the product roadmap
What you’ll bring:
- 1–2+ years of experience (startup experience a plus)
- Strong API/SDK knowledge and customer-first mindset
- Bonus:
OpenAPI experience
