• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of one year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.

• At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise or solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and integration components, including cloud integration, security aspects, APIs, Apex controllers, Apex web services, Apex callouts, etc.
• Advanced structured programming in APEX, , .Net, Java, etc., along with RDBMS concepts, SQL, structured system analysis and design methods.
• Experience analyzing and reviewing technical architecture and proposing architecture options and recommendations, with strong knowledge of enterprise IT architecture issues.
• At least 3 years of experience developing a technical strategy on the Salesforce platform, demonstrating solutions that address customer requirements.
• At least 2 full‑life‑cycle  implementations, with ability to define and detail architecture and drive projects from an architectural standpoint.
• Thorough understanding of Salesforce development (Declarative, Apex, Visualforce), as well as the development life cycle including deployment/packaging using Metadata API, Change Sets, and Ant.
• Best‑practice knowledge of coding standards, deployment, Apex, Visualforce, integration, and security implementations.
• At least 2 years of thought leadership, white papers, and mentoring staff and internal consulting teams.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
• Complete understanding of governor limits.
• Implementation of SOAP and REST web services; develop web services classes on  and WSDL generation.
• Writing Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, controllers, and jQuery to implement complex business requirements.
• Fluent with SOSL, SOQL, and workflows.
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant scripts, AJAX toolkit.
• Migration of customizations, including configurations, packages, and objects from Sandbox to Production.
• Customization of reports, dashboards, workflows, approval processes.
• Flexibility with change, good written and verbal communication, and ability to work closely within a team environment.
• Platform Developer I/II or DEV 501 certification.
• Single Sign‑On implementation.
• Java experience is a big plus.
• Analytical skills.
