Technology Analyst – Artificial Intelligence

Requirements

• Six years of experience in information technology, including two years focused on artificial intelligence
• Associates degree with 15 semester credit hours in computer science or a related field can substitute for one year of general IT experience
• Bachelors degree in any field with 15 semester credit hours in computer science or a related field can substitute for one year of general IT experience
• Bachelors degree in any field can substitute for two years of general IT experience
• Masters degree or higher in computer science or a related field can substitute for one year of general IT experience
• Relevant certifications in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science preferred
• Profound understanding of AI and machine learning algorithms
• Knowledge of data mining and software architecture for AI strategies
• Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot technical issues
• High-level analytical skills to assess AI systems and recommend enhancements
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex AI concepts
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Experience in statistical analysis and predictive modeling
• Good grasp of IT infrastructure, network structures, and data security in AI contexts
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java for AI implementation
• Keen attention to detail and organizational capabilities for managing projects
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various IT teams
• Understanding of data privacy and ethical considerations in AI

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the implementation of secure AI systems
• Collaborate with business managers and IT professionals to gather business requirements
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT projects
• Supervise a team of Technology Analyst 1s in AI
• Analyze large data sets to identify patterns and trends
• Develop and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms
• Enhance current AI systems and create new solutions
• Coordinate with team members to integrate AI models into our platforms
• Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies
• Prepare comprehensive reports on AI project progress
• Identify opportunities for leveraging AI to improve processes
• Work with data engineers and software developers for proper AI model implementation
• Conduct regular testing and debugging of AI systems
• Resolve complex technical challenges in AI implementation
