• Lead functional workshops for Record‑to‑Report (R2R) processes across various financial modules
• Analyze and design future‑state R2R flows aligned with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud best practices
• Configure Oracle Fusion modules for General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Intercompany
• Develop comprehensive documentation including Business Process Design documents and Functional Design Specifications
• Validate R2R integration touchpoints with other financial processes and support financial data migration

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, engineering, or a related discipline
• 10–15+ years of ERP experience with a minimum of 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud
• Strong understanding of subledger‑to‑ledger accounting, financial reporting, and multi‑currency environments
• Experience with FAH (Fusion Accounting Hub) for accounting transformations and integration with upstream systems
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Oracle Cloud Financials (GL/FA/CM) Certification is preferred
• Experience supporting multi‑region deployments (NA, EMEA, APAC) and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates
