The Email Operations Associate Manager is a technical role responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining email newsletter templates, automated user journeys, email personalization and testing the  experience for accuracy.

This role supports email newsletters operationally across 12+ markets and 16+ brands including Vogue;
Architectural Digest;
Vanity Fair; GQ; WIRED.

** Key

Duties & Responsibilities
*** Create and update email templates based on brand requests and email strategy
* QA email campaigns for clarity, grammar, spelling, link functionality and inbox display
* Set-up, QA, and launch automated email flows
* Follow and enforce email best practices for healthy deliverability and active user engagement
* Enforce brand design guidelines
* Follow and enforce data privacy protection regulations across the US and all international markets
* Regularly audit  experience across all markets
* Maintain close working relationships with cross functional teams
** Essential Skills & Requirements
*** Minimum 1-2 years experience working in email or a similar role
* Minimum 1-2 years experience working directly in an ESP or marketing automation tool. Sailthru experience is a plus
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced working environment
* Proficiency with Google documents & spreadsheets (or Excel/Word)
* Strong creative problem solving skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to communicate technical information with non technical stakeholders
* Intermediate working knowledge of HTML/CSS code
* Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team
* Working knowledge of 1st and 3rd party data is a plus

This is a guild position.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $71,000-$80,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
