Overview
AI Engineer – Fast-Scaling Fin Tech | New York (Hybrid). Must already be based in USA. NYC (3 days office). $275K–350K base + equity + benefits. Full-time | Start flexible (45 days max).
Talent Connect Group (TCG) supporting a high-growth Fin Tech in New York that’s building AI-driven financial infrastructure across payments, banking, and real-time decisioning.
What You’ll Do- Work on real-time data pipelines + AI-powered product features
- Collaborate across product, data, and backend engineering
- 3–6+ years in ML/AI Engineering
- Strong Python + ML frameworks (PyTorch / Tensor Flow / Scikit-Learn)
- Fin Tech or financial data experience is a big plus
