Report Developer

The candidate is responsible for Database management, Data Integration and Report Development. The candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively with the team on the database management, development, testing, integration, maintenance, and support of the Branch on day-to-day operations.

• Responsible for all aspects of planning and management of database;
  Responsible for database environment configuration, migration and cutover, storage, fault handling, performance optimization, backup, daily monitoring, etc.
• Design and develop database and applications with all phases of software development lifecycle.
• Expertise in SSIS, SSRS, and SQL to develop ETL packages and reports.
• Design and develop new features/functionalities of ETL Data Integration using SSIS, SQL, C#, Java, Python, etc.
• Perform hands‑on data‑related tasks such as data analysis, data integration, data issue remediation, data reconciliation, data warehousing, and reporting automation.
• Develop functions, views and stored procedures, complex SQL queries for reports that meet business requirements.
• Write technical documents and testing reports. Provide support for the internal and external audit and exam.
• Be responsible for demonstrating risk awareness by following all policies, procedures, and internal control in their daily routine.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server or other database applications in an enterprise environment.
• 2+ years of DBA experience.
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is mandatory given global team.

• More than two years ofDBA related work experience. Have experience in large scale database operation and maintenance management.
• Familiar with data backup, restoration, import, export, synchronization, format conversion and other operations of Microsoft SQL Server or other database.
• Extensive experience writing advanced SQL queries and stored procedures and troubleshooting their performance.
• Experience in develop test plans, test scripts, validation procedures, and perform system testing.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools including SSIS and SSRS, integration with SQL.
• Ability to develop reports development and maintenance policies, and draft the new product or report requirements.
