- Sell into large enterprise accounts with a consultative approach
- Drive adoption of cutting-edge AI automation in customer support
- Outbound to build the majority of your pipeline + revenue
- Engage senior stakeholders across multiple industries
- Operate with urgency, structure, and deal creativity
- Deliver tailored AI agent demos that resonate with enterprise buyers
- Position the product as a transformational business lever
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility + forecasting
- Consistently deliver against aggressive revenue targets
- Mentor peers, share best practices, and raise the bar
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product + Marketing to shape the offering
- 8+ years as an Account Executive
- 3+ years selling enterprise SaaS
- Proven outbound success — you create your own pipeline
- Strong executive-level communication + presence
- Familiarity with AI, automation, CX, or support tech is a major plus
- Thrives in fast-paced, competitive environments
- Salary Range: $150K–$200K
- OTE Range: $300K–$400K (50/50 base + commission)
