Location: Dallas, TX

• Collaborate with functional and business line leadership to drive the "change the bank" approach, creating sustainable solutions for growth.
• Partner with the GBM technology architecture team to evaluate and align strategic initiatives with business capabilities.
• Develop the Business Architecture target state through the Business Capability Model (BCM) and support key strategic programs.
• Focus on geographic consistency, streamlined business processes, and infrastructure improvements to reduce operational and regulatory risk.
• Ensure alignment with all business lines, not just within GBM, to establish an integrated and scalable roadmap for future growth.
• Design business capability models and provide architectural solutions aligned to company goals, linking IT architecture with business process management.
• Assess organizational capacity to achieve objectives, evaluate assets and capabilities, and create investment models for strategic initiatives.
• Measure the effectiveness of business strategy and the outcomes of implemented initiatives.

• 5+ years in a business architecture role, with additional project management and execution experience advantageous.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture (EA) frameworks and methodologies.
• Proven ability to drive strategy, transformation, and influence senior-level decisions within a global organization.
• Capital Markets expertise: understanding of debt and equity financing, mergers & acquisitions, corporate banking, institutional equity sales, trading and research, fixed income, derivatives, energy, foreign exchange, and precious metals.
