• Working closely with Systems Integrators to align on work items
• Developing goals and tracking issues
• Creating and maintaining project management and risk management plans
• Maintaining project artifacts:
  Documentation and Reporting:
  Maintaining project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, status reports. Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders and project managers.
• Acting as a liaison between Metro Plus Health  stakeholders and our Systems Integrators
• Providing oversight of our Systems Integrators and vendors
• Assessing opportunities and deliverables
• Conducting regular project meetings:
  Communication and Coordination:
  Facilitating communication and coordination among project team members, including developers, administrators, and business users. This can involve scheduling meetings, and distributing project-related information.
• Guiding and mentoring the team to achieve project outcomes

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or a related technical discipline; and
• 4 years of experience in project coordination of small and large-scale IT projects; or
• A satisfactory equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, and work experience
