IT Desktop Support Analyst job at Global Channel Management, Inc.. New York, NY.
IT Desktop Support Analyst needs 3 years' IT Desktop support experience.
Requirements:- OnSite 5 days a week.
- 3 years' work experience as an IT or Desktop Support Technician.
- Familiarity with networking systems and protocols.
- Knowledge of remote desktop support systems including Team Viewer.
- Possible OT required for this job (After hours and Weekends).
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone, and email as appropriate.
- Dedicated C-Suite support New York office.
- Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Perform user administration duties.
