The Team

The Identity and Access Management team is responsible for securing enterprise access across all systems and applications. Responsibilities and Impact
  • Design, implement, and operate enterprise-scale SailPoint Identity

    IQ solutions for identity lifecycle management and access governance across the organization

  • Lead AI agent administration including end-to-end governance from agent creation through recertification and termination, ensuring secure and compliant AI identity management

  • Develop and implement human-in-the-loop workflows to validate automated and AI-driven processes, maintaining appropriate oversight and control mechanisms

  • Build and manage comprehensive access certification campaigns (user, account, entitlement, and role-based) aligned with risk management and regulatory compliance requirements

  • Create custom IIQ rules, workflows, forms, and system integrations using Java, Bean Shell, and XML to meet specific business and security requirements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, compliance, and business stakeholders to advance IAM maturity and align platform capabilities with evolving AI governance best practices

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $175,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

Basic

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent professional experience with 7+ years of overall Information Systems work experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity

    IQ administration, including identity lifecycle management, access certifications, and workflow development

  • Strong programming skills in Java and experience with scripting languages such as Bean Shell, Power Shell, or Python for IAM automation and customization

  • Experience with identity governance frameworks and access management principles, including role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD)

  • Knowledge of enterprise directory services such as Active Directory, LDAP, or cloud identity providers (Azure AD, AWS IAM, or Google Cloud Identity)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex identity and access management issues

Additional

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SailPoint certifications such as Identity

    IQ Engineer or Identity Now Engineer, or other relevant IAM certifications (CISSP, CIAM, etc.)

  • Experience with cloud identity platforms such as SailPoint Identity Now, Okta, Ping Identity, or Microsoft Azure AD for hybrid identity management

  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, or industry-specific access control requirements

  • Experience with integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, SCIM protocols, or connector development for enterprise applications
