Product Management Analyst

A rapidly growing financial technology firm in New York is hiring a junior Product Analyst to support its core trading and financing platform. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early career professional with 1 to 3 years of experience who is looking to gain hands on exposure to product development within capital markets.

You will sit within a lean product team and work closely with technology and business stakeholders to help deliver system enhancements, coordinate releases, and ensure platform stability. The role offers strong visibility and the opportunity to build a foundation in product and program execution.

• Break down business needs into clear functional requirements and detailed user stories
• Work alongside engineers and internal stakeholders to drive feature delivery and system improvements
• Help organize and oversee testing cycles to ensure new functionality is ready for release
• Monitor deployment timelines and assist in keeping cross-functional teams aligned
• Prepare internal updates and documentation outlining new features and changes
• Support reporting initiatives to track usage metrics and platform performance

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a product, business analysis, technology, or operations-focused role within financial services or fintech
• Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated ability to think analytically and approach problems in a structured way
• Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
