Location: New York
Experts Group International is partnering with a fast-growing AI infrastructure organization to hire an experienced Hardware Data Center Technician (L3) to support large-scale data center and GPU compute environments.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for professionals who thrive in mission-critical infrastructure operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deploying, configuring, and maintaining server & network hardware
- Troubleshooting hardware failures (BIOS, BMC/IPMI, PXE, POST, cabling, components)
- Acting as onsite escalation lead for incidents and reliability issues
- Supporting 24/7 operations via rotating shifts/on-call coverage
- Working cross-functionally with engineering, vendors, and customers
- Managing hardware assets and repairs in high-density environments
What We’re Looking For:
Strong data center hardware troubleshooting experience
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Ethernet)
- Experience with high-performance/GPU servers is a big plus
- Comfortable in fast-paced, mission-critical operations
