Job SummaryJoin our team as a Dev Ops professional, driving the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with technical teams to design robust CI/CD processes while leveraging your expertise across AWS and modern Dev Ops tools. In our async-first culture, strong written communication is key to connecting and building solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and optimize cloud-based solutions primarily on AWS while integrating with Azure and GCP when needed.
- Develop, manage, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration platforms.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, and similar tools.
- Build and support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins, Gitlab, and Bit Bucket.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance with Prometheus, Grafana, and related tools.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and drive root cause analysis to resolution.
- Document workflows, infrastructure changes, and operational procedures in a clear and organized manner to support async communication.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with AWS, including deploying and managing cloud infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes and containerized application deployment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, and infrastructure as code (IaC) best practices.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and hands-on experience with Jenkins, Gitlab, and Bit Bucket.
- Experience with monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Excellent written communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly in an async environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly technical team setting.
- Experience with Azure and GCP cloud environments.
- Previous work in async-first or distributed teams emphasizing written communication.
- Relevant certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or Dev Ops methodologies.
