• Data Engineering & Integration
  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines feeding Celonis
  • Ingest data from multiple enterprise systems, using:
    • Native Celonis connectors where available
    • Direct database integrations when connectors do not exist
    • Custom ingestion approaches as needed
  • Support data preparation, transformation, and modeling for process mining use cases
• Celonis Platform Configuration
  • Configure Celonis data models, process models, and supporting components
  • Support onboarding of new datasets and business use cases
  • Partner with existing pipeline teams to reduce configuration and delivery bottlenecks
• Data Analysis & Insight Delivery
  • Perform end-to-end data analysis, including reading and understanding complex datasets, data modeling and validation, and identifying trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies
  • Translate process data into clear insights and visual narratives
  • Communicate findings effectively back to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Support visualization and storytelling, often using tools outside of Celonis

Core Skills

• Strong background in data engineering and/or data analysis
• Proven experience with:
  • SQL
  • Data modeling
  • Data validation and quality checks
• Ability to pull and integrate data from multiple, disparate sources
• Strong analytical thinking:
  • Ability to make sense of complex data
  • Ability to explain what the data means and why it matters

Learning & Adaptability

• Ability to learn Celonis quickly and apply it to real delivery work
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements

• Prior experience with Celonis or other process mining tools
• Experience with data visualization tools such as:
  Power BI, Qlik, or other BI/analytics platforms
• Experience supporting process improvement, operational analytics, or enterprise transformation initiatives

• You can independently onboard data into Celonis and support new use cases
• You confidently analyze process data and identify meaningful inefficiencies
• You translate technical findings into insights that business teams understand and act on
• You help reduce delivery bottlenecks by owning both data and Celonis configuration work
