We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires strong hands-on experience across modern front-end frameworks and .NET-based back-end services, as well as the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, Agile environment supporting enterprise-scale systems.
The ideal candidate brings a balance of technical depth, clean coding practices, and strong collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to define, design, and deliver new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established best practices and standards
- Ensure application performance, security, quality, and responsiveness
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and performance bottlenecks
- Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and automation
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve solutions
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of overall development experience, including 5+ years hands-on as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies:
Angular (v13+) or Stencil - Strong back-end development experience with relational databases:
Microsoft SQL Server - Experience using Git and modern version control workflows
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Exposure to financial services, banking products, or wealth management systems
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments
- Experience supporting or contributing to Dev Ops and CI/CD pipelines
