Messaging Compliance Analyst

About The Role
As a Telecom Messaging Compliance Analyst at Sent, you’ll be a foundational member of our Compliance team, helping us keep customers and carriers happy in a fast-changing regulatory landscape. You’ll work closely with our Head of Compliance, product, support, and sales to ensure that campaigns, use cases, and internal processes align with regulatory and carrier requirements.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll get exposure to everything from messaging policies to privacy questionnaires and customer reviews.

• Review customer use cases, messaging flows, and campaigns for compliance with TCPA, CTIA, 10
  
  DLC, and carrier policies.
• Support internal reviews, audits, security, and risk assessments across the business (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Monitor regulatory, industry, and carrier updates and summarize changes.
• Help maintain and improve internal policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Assist with vendor and customer due diligence, including security and compliance questionnaires.
• Collaborate with Support and Sales on compliance-related customer questions and escalations.
• Track compliance-related metrics and prepare reports for leadership.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in telecom compliance, risk, legal operations, trust & safety, or related roles.
• Strong interest in messaging, telecom, or SaaS and willingness to go deep on the details.
• Excellent analytical and reading comprehension skills - you enjoy digging into policies and regulations.
• Strong written communication skills; able to produce clear summaries and guidance.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• Experience in a CPaaS, messaging, or telecom environment.
• Familiarity with TCPA, CTIA, and carrier messaging rules.
• Exposure to data privacy concepts (GDPR, CCPA) and security/compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
