Senior Manager Ecommerce

Senior eCommerce Manager - Full Time - Manhattan.

This is a rapidly scaling health supplement brand in the heart of New York City who are looking to hire an eCommerce Manager to take the business to the next level.

You would oversee the performance and optimization of the brand’s online store. The role is responsible for driving conversion rates, average order value, subscription adoption and taking ownership of the Shopify store end to end.

This is a cross functional role partnering with marketing, brand, CX and developers.

• Develop and maintain a structured A/B testing roadmap focused on CVR, AOV, subscription attach rates, and LTV
• Optimize landing pages, product pages, bundles, popups, cart, and checkout flows
• Identify drop-offs in the funnel and implement data-driven improvements
• Continuously enhance mobile-first performance

• Manage the e-commerce platform backend, including apps, integrations, and product listings
• Ensure seamless integration with subscription management, advertising platforms, email automation, and analytics tools

• Maintain tracking accuracy across tags, analytics platforms, pixels, and server-side events
• Improve marketing attribution and event quality
• Build dashboards to monitor funnel performance and experiment outcomes
• Partner with Growth to identify key performance levers

• Manage on-site SEO, including metadata, schema, and technical hygiene
• Optimize site speed, accessibility, and overall user experience
• Ensure site stability during high-traffic periods and product launches

• Strong Shopify experience
• Google Analytics, A/B Testing

• Familiarity with API integrations and automation
