Job Title: Engagement Manager/Sr. Engagement Manager - Insurance Data and Analytics

Location: United States (Remote) / Travel 30%

Experience Level: 8+ years (10+preferred for senior role)

Total Numberof Positions: 2

Budget: $170K to $190K base

Role & Responsibilities Overview:

• Insurance Data, analytics andAI domain expert who can provide strategical and tactical advisory services ondata, advanced analytics and AI solutions
• Understand the clients business models, strategy and challenges and pave an actionable roadmap to revolutionize their solutions with the aid of technology and latest trends.
• Experienced in selling,solutioning and executing a range of AI strategy/ Analytics & data management advisory engagements within a complex relationship-driven environment.
• Conduct sessions to understand the clients needs utilizing standard and innovative consulting skills to deliver an optimal recommendation.
• Develop business proposals,facilitate client working sessions, team up with technology professions and/orthird-party strategic alliances to conduct solutioning exercises based onclients needs.
• Support the engagement with expertise in deploying data solutions on Cloud, advanced analytics, and business intelligence solutions
• Ensure Industry best practices are followed, communicate and follow up with delivery team.
• Provide technical direction/support to project team members
• Manage 2-20 consultants and establish environment of learning and development to continuously strengthen delivery proposition for various analytics setups.
• Perform research and providesolutioning for various business needs from clients across insurance value chain.
Candidate Profile:
• 8+ years of data and analytics consulting experience from a professional or management firm and hasstrong focus in insurance industry.
• Must have extensive domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance (P&C) or/and Life & Annuity Insurance (L&A)>
• Able to sell advisory engagements to existing client and build relationships with new clients for opportunities pipeline.
• Strong graspof the latest tools within the market across Cloud, AI with strong architectural experience/ technology consulting preferred.
• Experience in working in dualshore engagement and must have experience in managing large programs
  
  Insurance Analytics CoE and multiple clients directly.
• Demonstrated experience across analytics value chain and has delivered advance analytics and AI consulting and delivery assignments.
• Relevant experience of Cloud Services (AWS, Azure) and strong understanding on Gen AI,advanced, Data Ops, modern data architecture, governance, and practices is aplus.
• Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges.
