• Modeling Support:
  Assist in the development, maintenance, and execution of health economic models (e.g., Budget Impact Models and Cost-Effectiveness Analyses).
• BI Tool and Dashboard Support:
  Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in business intelligence tools to support decision-making and to translate business questions into clear metrics.
• Data Extraction:
  Use SQL to pull and clean data from product and clinical datasets to be used as inputs for economic models.
• Visualization:
  Build and update dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to health outcomes and cost savings for our partners.
• Research Assistance:
  Support literature reviews and evidence synthesis to identify variables and benchmarks for economic modeling.
• Collaboration:
  
  Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success teams to provide the data-driven "proof points" needed to communicate Twin’s value proposition.
• Quality Assurance:
  Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within our reporting ecosystem through rigorous testing and validation.
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience:
  
  1–3 years of experience in data analysis, health economics, or a related field (relevant internships or academic projects are welcomed).
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in SQL and Excel (advanced formulas/modeling) is required.
• Tools:
  Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Lightdash) and an interest in learning economic modeling software.
• Education:
  
  A degree in Economics, Public Health, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
• Analytical Mindset: A strong curiosity for how clinical improvements (like lowering HbA1c) translate into economic savings for employers and insurers.
• Communication:
  Ability to distill complex data into clear, concise insights for internal stakeholders.
• Authorization:
  Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available at this time).

The compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $105,000 annually.
