Lead IT PM - Insurance​/Reinsurance

We will count on you to:

• Develop project plans and timelines and coordinate with the workstream leads and business owner. Maintain backlogs, user stories and task boards
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide updates, status and manage expectations.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including data analyst, engineers and stakeholders ensuring collaboration and alignment towards project goals.
  Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking and reporting
  Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
• Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to stay on track.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess project performance and make data-driven decisions.
  Project Management Methodologies: Proficient in IT project management methodologies, both Agile and Waterfall.
  Technical Knowledge:
  Understanding of software development processes, data management principles, methodologies and tools, Azure fundamentals, Proficiency in Jira or ADO is preferred
