Growth Marketing Manager (Outbound & Lead Gen) s role is 70% outbound/automation initially and will progressively move to 50/50 outbound + content & paid. If the following tools are not your day to day, it might not be a good fit:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to own the engine that drives our customer pipeline. This is a hands-on, full-stack role: design and run campaigns, experiment with new channels, automate lead generation, and craft messaging that resonates with both developers and decision-makers.

PositionBase pay range: $90,000/yr - $150,000/yr
What you’ll do- Own demand generation – design and execute multi-channel campaigns (Linked In, paid social, search, email) to attract and convert high-quality leads.
- Write copy that converts – create compelling ad copy, landing pages, nurture sequences, and social posts.
- Automate growth workflows – build scalable lead gen and outreach flows (ICP targeting, enrichment, sequencing, Hub Spot automation).
- Repurpose content – turn developer content into lead magnets, social snippets, and campaign assets.
- Test and learn – run structured experiments, A/B test messaging and CTAs, and double down on what works.
- Track and optimize – own KPIs such as CTR, CPL, MQL→SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution; ensure clean reporting through Hub Spot.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – work with Dev Advocate, GTM, and product teams to align campaigns with company strategy and amplify FlexAI’s story.
- Go-getter mindset – move ideas into execution, stay focused and organized.
- Full-stack approach – comfortable writing copy, running ads, and setting up workflows in Hub Spot.

- Startup-ready – resourceful, scrappy, and willing to wear many hats beyond core responsibilities.
- 5+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or digital marketing (B2B SaaS, infra, or AI preferred).
- Proven track record of campaigns that drove measurable pipeline growth.
- Strong copywriting skills for ads, emails, and landing pages.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Hub Spot, Apollo, Outreach, etc.).
- Comfortable analyzing data, building dashboards, and optimizing funnels.
- Bonus: experience with technical/developer audiences or AI/infra products.

- Salary Range: $90K to $150K
