The Role

Now This is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Senior Account Manager or Account Manager to support the execution and management of branded partnerships across our social and digital platforms. Reporting to the Director of Account Management, this role serves as the day-to-day lead across assigned accounts, acting as a centralized hub across Sales, Creative, Production, Analytics, and external client teams. You will drive operational excellence throughout the campaign lifecycle while maintaining high levels of client engagement, satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth.

The ideal candidate is an organized project manager and confident communicator with a strong understanding of digital media and campaign performance. You thrive in fast-paced environments, anticipate challenges before they arise, and approach every program with both executional rigor and future renewals in mind.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Management
  • Lead day-to-day management of branded content campaigns from post-sale kickoff through final reporting
  • Ensure campaigns launch on time, within scope, and align with sold deliverables and client objectives
  • Develop and manage timelines, deliverables, trackers, and internal documentation
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Creative, Production, Editorial, Talent, Social, Analytics) to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain strong internal communication and proactively identify and resolve potential risks
  • Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for clients and agency partners
  • Build trusted relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, and strategic guidance
  • Lead client kickoffs, status calls, performance reviews, and key milestone meetings
  • Develop polished client-facing materials that clearly outline campaign goals, performance, and next steps
  • Escalate challenges to Account Director appropriately while presenting thoughtful, solutions-oriented recommendations
Performance, Insights & Growth
  • Maintain a strong understanding of digital media performance metrics and media math; experience with paid amplification is a plus
  • Partner with Analytics lead to translate performance data into actionable insights and compelling narratives
  • Deliver timely, comprehensive campaign wrap reports with forward-looking recommendations
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities in collaboration with Sales
Cross-Functional & Revenue Partnership
  • Partner closely with Sales to ensure seamless pre-sale to post-sale transitions
  • Act as a central point of organization across internal teams, ensuring clarity around briefs, timelines, and deliverables
  • Contribute ideas that improve processes, reporting frameworks, and overall operational efficiency
  • Support the continued evolution and scaling of the Account Management function

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in account management or client services at a digital media company, agency, or in branded content environments
  • Proven experience managing social first campaigns in post-sale execution from kickoff through reporting
  • Successful track record working with large, premium accounts in a client facing setting
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, brand lift studies and measuring campaign success
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
