Data Quality Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to support a large-scale CRM data cleanup initiative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, repetitive work, takes pride in data accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will work closely with an existing team member and play a key role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of contact and company data.

• Review, validate, and update CRM records related to companies, contacts, and interactions
• Identify, resolve, and flag data discrepancies and quality issues
• Perform regular data cleansing activities, including merging duplicate records and standardizing data fields
• Research internal and external sources to complete missing or inaccurate contact and company information
• Ensure required data fields are populated according to internal standards
• Reconcile data across internal and third-party systems
• Maintain strict attention to accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

• 2–3 years of experience in data entry, data management, operations, or CRM-focused roles
• Experience working with large datasets and high-volume records
• Strong attention to detail and comfort performing repetitive, process-driven tasks
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in financial services, professional services, or similarly regulated environments is a plus

• CRM experience required (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
• Comfort working across multiple systems and data sources
