Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Data Analyst. The Junior Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, producing reports, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. Responsibilities include data collection, data cleaning, and maintaining databases. The role also involves interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and supporting data-driven decision-making across various departments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in a data or analytics role (internships or projects count!)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills — able to explain insights clearly to non-technical audiences

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with Python for data analysis
  • Understanding of data warehousing or ETL processes
  • Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
  • Passion for transforming raw data into actionable insights
