Project Manager, Data Analyst, Business Systems​/ Tech Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in Capital Markets
, Middle Office operations
, and the Black Rock Aladdin platform. This role is critical in driving complex transformation and implementation initiatives, bringing structure to ambiguous environments, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery across global teams.

You will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, data integrity, and governance for investment management workflows, with a strong emphasis on Aladdin platform configuration, onboarding, and process optimization.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, defining clear timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria
• Establish structure, transparency, and robust governance for complex, multi-stream work streams in capital markets and middle office environments
• Quickly ramp up on new initiatives, assess ambiguous situations, and propose structured, pragmatic approaches to resolution
• Leverage hands-on Black Rock Aladdin expertise to support account onboarding, data configuration, operating model setup, and platform utilization
• Review and analyze Aladdin data fields, determining required vs. optional elements to optimize setups and ensure data quality
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and executives, translating complex data, processes, and technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
• Facilitate effective collaboration across global, cross-functional teams and diverse operating models
• Produce high-quality documentation, including process flows, current/future state analyses, target operating models, roles/responsibilities matrices, and data dictionaries
• Identify gaps in transparency, reporting, documentation, or auditability, and recommend practical, implementable solutions
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, workflow efficiency, and overall workstream governance

• Proven project management experience in Capital Markets and/or Middle Office environments (essential)
• Hands-on, practical experience with Black Rock Aladdin platform (required)
• Strong track record of delivering complex projects with clear structure and governance
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated success engaging senior executives and global teams
• Superior communication abilities — able to explain intricate data/process topics clearly to diverse, non-technical audiences
• Advanced business analysis and process design capabilities, including strong documentation skills (process flows, operating models, data dictionaries, RACI matrices)
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced settings and rapidly assess/propose structured solutions
• Experience improving transparency, auditability, and reporting in financial operations

• Background in investment management, asset management, or financial services technology implementations
• Familiarity with middle office workflows, data onboarding, and operating model transformations
