• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical products and features, managing parallel projects across multiple teams.
• Gather requirements from diverse stakeholders and translate needs into actionable technical specifications and Jira tickets.
• Own product vision and roadmaps, partnering with engineering leadership to drive delivery and resolve blockers.
• Prototype new features and solutions, enabling rapid experimentation and validating feasibility.
• Bridge the gap between high-level business goals and robust technical execution.
• Facilitate agile processes and project tracking for efficient, on‑time delivery and team collaboration.
• Oversee product quality assurance, release management, and maintain technical documentation standards.

• Strong technical background with capabilities in prototyping, code review, and understanding of APIs and system architecture.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Tech Lead, or Technical Program Manager in fast‑paced engineering environments.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large projects and multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or similar field.
• 3+ years in technical product management or tech lead roles.

• Experience working in health tech or early stage startups.
• Familiarity with Type Script, React, Flutter, Graph

• Background in driving products from concept to launch within technical environments.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.
