Information Technology Support Specialist

We’re supporting a global consultancy in hiring an IT Support Specialist to work onsite with a retail and eCommerce client in Manhattan.

This is a hands‑on role embedded within a fast‑paced, commercial environment, where IT plays a critical role in day‑to‑day operations. You’ll be supporting a mix of users and systems, with exposure across cloud, infrastructure and end‑user technology.

It’s well suited to someone who enjoys being close to the business, taking ownership, and working across both support and project-based work.

• Provide day‑to‑day IT support across users and systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
• Support Windows and macOS environments
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive)
• Manage Microsoft Entra  (user access, permissions, security)
• Support networking infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Work with internal teams and vendors on escalations and improvements

• 3+ years’ experience in IT Support or Infrastructure roles
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software and networking
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra
• Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms
• Experience in retail, eCommerce or fast‑paced environments is a plus
• Comfortable in a hands‑on, onsite role
