Data Coordinator / Operations Analyst

We are a contemporary women’s fashion brand operating across major national retail partners as well as a direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform. We are seeking a smart, detail-driven Data Coordinator / Operations Analyst to work closely with senior leadership on the systems, data, and operational backbone of the business.
This is a highly hands-on, learn-by-doing role designed for someone who wants to truly understand how a modern fashion brand operates, from ERP systems and drop-ship logistics to retail execution and e-commerce operations. This is not a passive or observational role; accuracy, ownership, and follow-through are essential.
In-person training is a priority. Flexibility between New York and South Florida is strongly preferred.
Compensation, Structure & GrowthThis role offers:

- Prepare customized product and offer sheets for key retail partners
- Manage partner-specific attribute requirements
- Monitor partner sites to ensure:
- Live styles remain active
- Product content remains accurate and complete
- Identify discrepancies, deactivations, or execution issues and coordinate resolutions
- Communicate daily with the third-party logistics provider to ensure shipment deadlines are met
- Coordinate with and oversee overseas ERP and drop-ship teams
- Serve as a quality-control checkpoint to ensure execution is clean, timely, and scalable
- Manage product setup and lifecycle in the e-commerce backend, including:
- Loading new styles
- Deactivating or archiving older styles
- Supporting site readiness and structure
- Work cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams
- Support post-production workflows, including organizing and distributing photo assets to retail partners
- Assist with monthly delivery cadence and ongoing site freshness
- Participate in forward-looking initiatives such as:
- AI-assisted workflows
- Process automation and optimization
- Data hygiene and system scaling
- Someone intellectually curious who enjoys mastering complex systems
- Highly detail-oriented—accuracy is non-negotiable
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating clearly
- Interested in both fashion and operations, not one without the other
- Thrives in an in-person, collaborative training environment
- Prior experience with fashion ERP systems
- Experience supporting major retail partners or drop-ship programs
- E-commerce backend experience
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Long-term interest in operations, analytics, or systems leadership
- Flexible in-office schedule, including NY / South Florida rotation
