You are an experienced network engineering leader with a strong track record designing, operating, and scaling secure, high-availability network environments across multiple offices. You understand the importance of safeguarding internal and external endpoints, maintaining strong network hygiene, and enabling reliable, intuitive A/V experiences for hybrid teams.

You are skilled at proactively identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex network and security issues. You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and excel at leading high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver seamless connectivity and collaboration experiences.

As the Manager of Network and A/V, you will oversee the company’s network infrastructure operations—including on-site networks, all A/V systems across conference rooms and collaboration spaces, and support enterprise network security tooling.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of network and A/V engineers, ensuring clarity, accountability, high performance, and continuous development.
• Own the design, implementation, support, and lifecycle management of network and communications infrastructure across all Justworks locations.
• Oversee and evolve all A/V technology and conference room systems (e.g., Neat, Zoom Rooms, and other modern A/V collaboration platforms), ensuring highly reliable and intuitive user experiences.
• Serve as a trusted resource to Infra Ops teams on network-related design considerations impacting AWS and other cloud environments (without direct operational ownership).
• Optimize Zero Trust–based access and security models, including identity‑driven access, traffic inspection, micro‑segmentation, and posture‑aware connectivity.
• Manage and support network security platforms—including Cloudflare, Zscaler, AWS networking/security tools, firewalls, intrusion prevention technologies, proxy services, and remote access systems.
• Use software and hardware diagnostic tools to identify, troubleshoot, and remediate complex issues affecting network or A/V performance.
• Drive operational excellence through automation, change control, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that enhance network reliability, performance, and security.
• Participate in vendor management, contract review, and technology selection to support long‑term network and A/V strategy.
