Overview

You enjoy shaping the future of product innovation as a core leader, driving value for customers, guiding successful launches, and exceeding expectations. Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.

As a Product Manager Vice President in Global Security, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

In this role, you will be empowered to shape and influence the strategic vision, and execution for two foundation horizontal platforms - Data Integration, Messaging & Enablement DIME and Unified Event Management (UEM) - that underpin our ability to ingest, analyze, and act on mission-critical information. Partnering with Engineering, Data & Analytics, User and Employee Experience (UX/EX), Security Operations, and Product Delivery Managers, you will embed robust data governance, auditable event/incident workflows, and capability enhancements to drive operational efficiency.

You will also help design and roll out a unified data-sharing framework that accelerates business outcomes, improves time-to-value for our stakeholders, and help position Global Security at the forefront of data-driven innovation.

  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and design sessions with Engineering, UX/EX, Security Operations and Data Owners to capture requirements, drive consensus and align on solution architectures.

  • Refine and prioritize the product backlog: author epics, user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira/Confluence, manage dependencies with Product Delivery Managers, and update release plans.

  • Embed data governance, security controls and compliance requirements into every feature through cross-functional partnerships to deliver audit-ready, enterprise-grade solutions.

  • Lead Agile delivery for UEM - leading sprint planning, coordinating QA/UAT, managing release deployments, and driving swift defect and production-issue resolution - to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
