A hands-on Equity Customer Relationship (CRM) Support / Data Analyst who will be responsible for handling Day-To-Day Production Support Issues and Data Quality Control Management. Candidate will work closely with the CRM vendor and the Business Users from Equity Research & Sales Trading to ensure the quality and integrity of research related data imports into the Prism CRM System. This will entail cleansing Contact Lists for new Analysts, Creating / Modifying Research Email Distribution Lists, Managing Research Publication Subscriptions, Periodic Vetting of Account / Stock Coverage Data and Providing Support for Monthly Interaction Uploads to the Aggregators.

The role will also require working knowledge of SQL and the ability navigate the Prism Database to implement queries required for Production Support and to create Ad-Hoc User Reports upon request.

• Day-To-Day Support Datazoic’s Prism Equity Customer Relationship System (CRM)
• Onboarding New Users
• Support of Prism External Interfaces such as IPREO, Blue Matrix, Send Grid, Visible Alpha
• Data Quality Control to ensure the Integrity of the CRM Database
• Investigate and Resolve Data Quality Issues
• Handle Employment Change Contact Updates
• Support Monthly Interaction Uploads to Corp Axe, Commcise, Dealogic
• Vetting new Analyst Contact Lists for Import into Prism
• Configuring of New Research Distribution Lists
• McLagan Quarterly Data Uploads
• Readership Report Generation
• Ad-Hoc User Report Implementation – Commissions, Coverage, Interactions
• User Excel Report Development
• Must be comfortable in a team-oriented environment and possess skills to “win over” the trust of a broad user base.

• 3+ Years of Equity CRM Support Experience
• Knowledge of Datazoic’s “Prism” CRM System a plus
• 3+ Years of Data Analysis Experience
• Strong Excel Spreadsheet Skillset
• Well versed in SQL and Relational Databases
